ANDREA DEYLEN
(Founder and Director)

Andrea established Mojo On Main in 2003. Following an extensive career spanning 25 years in the Retail Industry as a Store Manager with Sussan, an Area Manager with Witchery and an Industry Training Consultant with Melbourne East Group Training, Andrea felt the time was right to take the opportunity and make the leap to business owner.

Andrea has a passion for helping women translate current fashion into their own individual style, helping them to feel confident and great about themselves in everyday life.

She is committed to providing a nurturing and compassionate yet professional team environment for her staff, supporting local business, and various charities close to her heart, encouraging women in industry and promoting the importance of good health and well-being.

Andrea is married with two children and a stepson, loves spending time with her family and friends, travelling both at home and abroad, fitness and enjoying fine food and wine.


DONNA SMITH
Donna began her Retail career as a Junior with Sussan. She quickly progressed to Store Manager, including managing one of the company’s flagship stores, before taking on the role of Systems Supervisor then Area Manager before leaving the company to focus full time on being a Mum to her four children. During her time away from work Donna was involved in many committees and community roles including the basketball committee, the Parish education board and Playgroup president.

Donna began working casually at Mojo in April 2006 and in the years since has been an integral part of the day to day operations of the business. Donna loves being part of the Mojo team and has built a significant rapport with many regular customers. She loves being able to give customers a special experience and seeing them feel great about their fashion choice when they leave the store.

Donna is married with four adult children and three grandchildren. She has played competitive tennis for 40 years and enjoys international and local travel, spending time with her family and friends and enjoying fine food and wine.



JACQUI MERRITT
Jacqui began her Retail career at Sportsgirl initially as a casual team member then part time and full time before accepting a role as Visual Merchandiser where she travelled to stores daily to dress windows and complete in - store set up. Following her time in VM she accepted a Management role with the Company and managed several stores. After ten years with Sportsgirl Jacqui accepted a role as Recruitment Officer with Melbourne East Group Training finding employment for young people, a job she found very rewarding. During her nine years at MEGT she had multiple job roles including that of Field Officer for New Apprenticeships where she would sign young people and adults into their chosen field as an Apprentice or Trainee, a diverse role she loved.

Jacqui started at Mojo in 2010 and has been a much-valued team member ever since. She is known for her wardrobing skills with her many regular customers and absolutely loves helping women feel great about themselves at any age or size.

Jacqui and her partner have two children and when not working Jacqui loves to spend time with family, socialising with friends, walking and yoga.



JO BLACK
Jo began her Retail Career as a Management Cadet with Myer before making the change to Women’s Fashion where she spent 3 years with Sussan as a Trainee Manager, Store Manager and State Mobile Training Officer.

Jo discovered her real passion was in Staff Training and Development and accepted an opportunity as National Training Manager at Witchery Fashions which she held for 3 years. She left Witchery to travel through Europe before returning in 1994 to commence a position at Melbourne East Group Training as an Industry Training Consultant and Training Consultant Mentor where she stayed for 6 years.

After having her family Jo began working at Mojo in 2003. Although she has combined other contract work with her time at Mojo, she considers herself very fortunate to always come ‘home’ to the Mojo team. She currently works as the Visual Merchandiser for Mojo.

Jo enjoys creative pursuits in her spare time, Interior Design, Fashion, investing time in her Candle business, Music, fitness, health and wellness, good food and wine and sharing time with family and friends.



LINDA ZADRA
Linda began her extensive career in Retail Fashion as a Junior with Sussan in the City store. She managed several Stores over an 11-year period with the Company before leaving to start a family, re-joining the workforce 8 months later as a casual at Ivory Clothing. She remained in the business for 3 years before leaving to have her second child.

Following time spent selling Avon products and two years with Promises clothing, Linda returned to work at Sussan in a casual role at the Northland store and remained there for 5 years before moving to Greensborough as a casual for another 10year period.

Linda started at Mojo in 2010 and has been a consistent and loyal team member ever since. She loves working with her Mojo ‘family’ and helping women to feel great in what they wear.

When not working Linda loves cooking, eating out, Prosecco! travelling at home and abroad, fashion, Sewing and crafts.



LIV SHEATHER
Livia began working at Mojo in 2016 after completing a week of work experience whilst at high school. Her warm and calming nature saw her fit into the mojo team seamlessly. She loved working with the Mojo stock and really admired the team’s passion towards fashion and helping customers.

Livia is currently studying a Double Degree in Business and Design at University and works casually at Mojo on weekends and during University semester breaks.

Livia enjoys anything related to fashion, beauty and interior design and spends much of her free time studying current design trends, she loves spending time with family, socialising with friends and listening to music.



MICHELLE RAINES
Michelle has lived locally all her life, growing up in the Montmorency area. She began her career as a Visual Merchandiser with Sussan after completing a 2-year course at the Melbourne College of Decoration. After 3 years at Sussan she accepted a role as Merchandiser with MM Displays where she coordinated the in store displays for record companies.

Michelle left work to start a family and then re entered the workforce with The Blind Factory where she was responsible for measure and quotes of home installations.

After being a much-loved Mojo customer herself for many years, Michelle commenced working at Mojo in May 2018 and loves being part of a team of likeminded women as well as catching up with the many familiar local faces when they shop at Mojo.

When not at work Michelle loves spending time with her three children, family and friends, listening to music, fashion, health and wellness and spending holiday time with her family at Lake Eildon.



SARAH MCGHEE
Sarah began her Retail career as a 17-year-old casual at Sportsgirl eventually becoming a Store Manager with the iconic fashion brand. After 5 years with Sportsgirl she accepted a Management role at Witchery where she spent a further 4 years developing her Industry skills.

After nearly ten years in Retail Fashion Sarah accepted an opportunity to work as an Industry Training Consultant with Melbourne East Group Training and began an 11-year career training young people in the many facets of the Retail Industry.

Sarah began working at Mojo in June 2009 and, with her positive outlook and sunny disposition, has been an invaluable member of the Mojo team ever since.

Sarah is married with two children and loves spending time with family and friends, investing time in her candle business, travelling, fitness, yoga, meditation, discovering amazing healthy foods to cook and enjoying a glass of wine!
